I think these apartments were ok. I didn't have bug problems and that was nice. I moved out last year after being there for 2 yrs. Maintenance kinda sucked, plus my stairs were rusting away and dangerous. Finally when they fixed them they were not replaced, they just slabbed some stuff on top and then spray painted them. I would look somewhere else. It is Royal Oak afterall and I am sure you could find better for the same prices.
