I think section 8 is coming

i recently moved into oakwood villa aka:'section 8 villa'
the neighbor"hood" has begun to change. i am wondering (really) if section 8 is here. i have requested extermination, fridge repairs, heat repair and a/c repair w/o avail. my fridge/ a/c / micro are all over 25 years old! staff often sleeps on the job.
there is a big problem with trash strewn all over the parking lot and overflowing dumpsters. there is limited visitor parking on the east end, but a large lot hundreds of feet away (go figure.)
the basement looks like a scene from nightmare on elm street and the washer/dryers usually don't work well.
an abandoned car sits in one of four precious visitor spots (gold sunbird, you know who you are, just junk it.)
many undiscipline rugrats run around endangering others and themselves by throwing rocks near parked cars. every summer the number of kids seem to double, hmmm.
in summary, please don't rent here. it is too expensive for the crap you get, unless of course, you recently moved from d-town or section 8. ice-T and snoop dog live upstairs....really.
