if your looking for a cheap apt.in a nice area this is it.i found this one for just over $600.00 with heat and water included.
the laundry/basement area is disgusting however;there is aluandry mat across the road.the repairs are done as asked and the office staff is very nice.there are no frills,no clubhouse,pools,or any extras.the courtyard int he center could be very nice if there was some lighting/lanscaping done.
this place has potential but as in everything else;you get what you pay for.
i would recomend it to a single person with no children who needs to live on a budget.
