be careful of oakwood villa apasrtments the maintence will still items from your home when you are not there during the course of the day if they come in and fix things un announced or unshedule and will just come in while you are at work. They will continuesly allow them to do so. I lived there for 2 years and they will raise the rent 200.00 at any given time.
