This place is way to expensive for the crap you have to put up with. I have had to have them spray for ants 4 or 5 times. My 2 wall air conditioners barely cool the place and i have to keep them on at all times which makes my electric bill outrageous. There is trash everywhere on the grounds and overflowing from the dumpsters and it stinks and i've seen rats by the dumpsters. The people who live here let their obnoxious rude children run wild and throw their trash everywhere. One little girl threatened to hit my friends kid with her bike if he didn't move out of her way (she had plenty of room to get around him) The adults who live here are no better. There is assigned parking but the same people repeatedly park in my spot. My ceiling was leaking because I assume the neighbors air conditioner in their living room was leaking just like mine and all they did was dry it up and tilt my air conditioner back to stop the leaking but it still leaks. I still have a major fridge leak which the maintenance guy said is due to my freezer being too full. Yeah right. The heat is horrible. A few times on the coldest days of winter I don't think it was working at all. The draft from the door doesn't help either. They had the door rigged with a piece of wood on the bottom that came off because the door is too short for the doorway. And if it isn't freezing cold it's like 90 degrees and no matter what you turn the thermostat to it stays at whatever temperature its at. The thing to turn the deadbolt to lock the door from the inside just came off one day. The tub does not drain-yet another thing they came to fix and didn't. The vertical blinds are disgusting and a few of them were broken when i moved in and some are not even the correct size for the windows. The kitchen is terribly small. If you have one of the apartments that is right on 13 mile it will sound like a car is coming through your bedroom window all the time. And in fact one almost did. They crashed into a tree right outside my bedroom window. I have never been in the basement to use the laundry but I here it is a nightmare. You will constantly hear sirens all times of the day due to the hospital being just down the street. I honestly cannot think of one good thing to say about this place. I wish I found this website before moving here but oh well i'm out at the end of this month!
