Well first its way too over priced, but thats what you get for living in Royal Oak, way too trending for the sake of being popular. There are a large group of elderly women who complaine constantly about noise when your not home and think you should keep it down after 6:00pm and god knows what else. Its a good place to live if you are younger. There are kids running all over the place. They charge for you things you didnt break or that were already broken and if they dont charge you they just wont fix anything and your left to do it on your own. The managament is horid. Dose not return calls and refuses to heat two sides and proof to acuzations. Everything is way outdated and breaks all the time. I would not recomend this place to anyone
