This place is one of the cheapest 1 bedrooms in Royal Oak, which is a perk. But, you get what you pay for. The management is decent, but sometimes you have to follow up a few times to get things fixed. Did have a problem with heat one year, and they did not handle it very kindly or professionally, which was disappointing. The pool was definitely an added perk for how cheap this place is. It is fine if you are single, younger, and looking for a 1 bedrooom in RO for cheap. Plus, the apartments are a good size, with a good amount of closet space, which is more than can be said for a lot of other apartments in the area! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
