I lived here back in 2003-2005 and had an overall very favorable experience. While I did have the occasional trouble (extremely loud upstairs neighbors), every dispute was handled in a professional manner. The management was very responsive and helpful. Since it was the first time I'd been out on my own, I had a lot of questions. The manager took her time answering and explaining everything. Whenever I had an issue, it was taken care of. Sometimes I did have to follow up on something (a leak in the bathroom), but after the second call, the maintenance man was out right away. The pool was always clean and well-maintained, and the price was exceptional. The only issue I ever had was when I moved out (bought a house) and was billed $150 for a basement key I had never received. The matter was easily resolved. I would rent here again without question.
