They will never help you if you have a noisy neighbor, and if you call for a something that's broken, it takes about 3 more calls to get them to do something and they fix it halfway. IF YOU LOOSE YOUR KEYS, THE GUY THAT TAKES CARE OF THE PLACE, WILL NOT LET YOU INTO YOUR OWN APARTMENT UNLESS YOU PAY HIM 25 DOLLARS CASH RIGHT THERE...AND HE WILL COME SMELLING TO ALCOHOL BY THE WAY.
