Urbane Apartments

I love what this little company is doing -- taking over crappy, old buildings and breathing new life into them and making them fun.

I have a tiny studio with an awesome view, full kitchen with granite counters, and a shower with dual showerheads.

Pros:
1) Location, location, location -- can walk to everything
2) I love the apartment -- decent finishings, I'm proud of my place
3) Friendly staff is very reasonable and always in a good mood

Cons:
1) Utility bills are bizarrely high in the winter.

Bills that are included at other places are NOT here (trash, water, heat, sewer) is divided up.

Reasonable in the summer, ancient, ineffienent boiler means $150 to heat a tiny studio in the winter.
2) Some noise (but hey, you chose to live close to the party!)
3) Lack of storage

Have been here over a year and a half -- very happy, though I might consider upgrading to a bigger pad.
