Little Upkeep Maintenace but Decent Apartments at High Price

I must say that the apartments themselves are nice.

You pay a price for that though.

While things look good on the surface, once you live there you find out a lot of their faults...
1) crazy utility pricing.

take entire bill and just divide equally between # of residents.

I dont trust the cost either.

Average monthly payment is $120!
2) little to no maintenance/upkeep.

unfurinished basement w/ 2 washers and 2 dryers.

takes forever for them to fix an issue.
3) compared to other places, with same square footing, it costs a lot more
4) parking (at my place) is a real issue.

The main issue is just they try to exude a hip/cool/fun lifestyle, and I bought into that but in reality the apartment is old and I feel they do not take care of residents like me who pay almost $10,000 annually.
