Nice apartment but awfully loud at night. Kids as well as the Royal
Oak neighborhood are partying every weekend all night. There is not a
single spot at the pool during the weekends. And the management does
not care about anything that is brought to their attention!!!

not for the three years i've been living here. this makes me sad. The pool is packed but it is because its the best one around and the residents love it.
