I recently moved into the Village Park and I really like it here. The staff was really great at making sure I got into the apartment I wanted, going above and beyond what they needed to do. I live in the buildings near downtown and the clubhouse and resident activities take place at the other location about a mile away, but it was worth it to be so close to restaurants and bars. The buildings are a bit older, but very well maintained and maintenance makes sure to take care of problems when they come up. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to live near downtown Royal Oak and doesnt want to spend a ton of money.
