Downtown looks nicer

The good thing about living here is it's within walking distance of downtown, and many of the other residents go to great lengths to connect with other residents, especially during the summer. Management and maintenance leave much to be desired. Don't expect to have friendly or prompt customer service. The courtyard needs more lighting, some additional seating and waste containers. The laundry rooms are disgusting, the common areas are worn and beat up. Carpets in most units aren't new and are well worn (good luck getting a new one). Only two units out of the entire complex have been slightly updated. The rest are most definately in need of some new fixtures, blinds, cabinetry, countertops, and carpeting.
