Bad overall experience

When I first saw Woodland Gardens, I thought I'd enjoy living here, but since then I changed my mind.
First, after letting the staff know that the building front door was broken, it took them months to fix it. Since then, the back door got broken too. It has still not been fixed yet.
Finding a parking spot is not really an issue but you have to park on the street: so you'll have to remove snow/ice in the morning during winter.
Appartments are very noisy, and can be smelly too (e.g. from neighbors cooking). One of my colleagues who wanted to move-in changed his mind because of the smell in the appartment they offered him.
1 washer, 1 dryer in the building: not enough.
And last but not least: water pipes are linked for all tenants in the building, if someone jams it, your appartment will get flooded. It just happened to me as I was on a business trip.
