I am sorry to have to write such a bad review. When me and my fiance moved in here we saw the great location and met our really nice neighbor. The kitichen is really large. We were understanding with initial repairs needed to be done. Refridgerator leaked water on the food and kitichen floor. They attempted to fix it 4 times finally they replaced after we lost 200 plus dollars in food to gross water damage. Then the neighbors below us decieded to have all 12 family members move in to their apartment. Loud, rude and smoking in the laundry room. The bathtub started to rot out causing black fungus and mold to form all over the tile. Bleach, muratic acid and ajax nothing could get it clean, I later found out from a home repair expert that they used improper installation techniques to put in the tub. The bathroom sink then leaked all over our bathroom and into the hallway. The maintaince staff argued about having to repair it again. When ever they did hire someone dedicated to repairing our apartment they fired or transfered them to their higher priced properties. The air conditioner has finally quit working now it just blowes smelly, warm air. When I asked the head of our property she told me to be calm and wait. The family of 14 downstairs destroyed our entry way door and laundry room screen because they couldnt get keys for all the illegals living there. Again the office was little, to no help with that problem. The laundry room started leaking water and the washer in consistanly full of someones moldy clothing. After a while you start to notice all of the horrible things that have been covered up by the office staff.

Over all I really wanted this place to be as nice as they promised. I waited, asked, now I am taking legal action to terminate my lease. I regreat having to live here, if you moved in prepare to deal with loud rude kids that throw dirt and rocks at your car if you should ask them to stop screaming in the parking lot. Oh and the landscapers begin promptly at 6:30 a.m. So I hope you like to wake up early.

I guess I would not believe this to be as nice as they want you to believe. The longer your here the worse it becomes.
