What more can you ask for at 625/month' It's a typical boring Apartment. The maintenence staff is helpful and prompt, the office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside is typical apartment problems you'll find everywhere but luxary apartment. You can hear our dinosaur of an upstairs neighbor night and day doing aerobics (despite the fitness center provided by the complex). Cooking smells permeate the hallways, but not the individual units. Maintence crews do start early, usually around 7. The temperature is hard to maintain in the winter, but it's doable. I'd reccomend it as a starter or short-term.
