Many reasons to stay away.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
-The walls are thin, you hear everything that is going on around you.
-The girls at the pool yell at you if you don't have a "pool pass" which you are never told that you need.
- Management enters your apartment without your knowledge and/or permission.
- The hallways smell.
- Too many kids running around.
- Must pay for water. (This is not based on your personal usage, but the TOTAL usage is divided by how many units and that is what you are responsible for.)
- Infested with centipedes! YUK!
- Poor construction
