Okay...wouldn't renew the lease

Our initial reaction of Woodland Gardens was of disgust. The leasing agent, Mario, asked us to come back after the weekend to view an apartment even though we told him that we were relocating from Wisconsin. When we moved in we had to rent a hotel room the 1st night because he wouldn't wait for us another half hour(we got lost). The obnoxious teenagers that watch the pool actually FOLLOWED me around the pool area sqwaking that we needed a pool pass which we weren't told that we needed. We weren't told that in order to put money on the laundry card after hours, we had to put a $50 deposit on a key for the fitness center which was extremely inconvenient. We lived in a relatively quiet building, but the kids running around screaming nearly drove me crazy. I recommended this apartment to some friends, and now that one has moved to another state and gave proper notice that she would not be renewing the lease, Alice is telling her that she is still responsible until the other roommate gives notice. That means AFTER the lease had expired and they started charging $100 more a month, my friend is still responsible. Craziness. Don't sign a lease with someone that you don't completely trust at this apartment. Angela was by far the best employee there and very helpful.
