Upon intial walk though of Woodland Gardens it seemed to be a very quiet and pleasant area. The staff came across as very knowledgable and extremely helpful. Yes of course this was all before signing a lease and moving in. Now that I have moved in my view and opinions have changed. First let me begin with the heating problem.. Living in woodland gardens is like a vacation on a hot, humid island. The temp. in my apartment stays at around 80 degrees and that is without the heat ever being turned on. Now lets move to the strange noises that are coming from the vents. There is a noise similiar to a mouse in the vents, which I have called maintainance about and they have yet to respond to my concern/complaint. The walls are either exremely thin or I have BIG FOOT living above me....So everall I would have to say that the experiences that I have had this far would not permit me to resign a lease or recommend to Woodland Garden to anyone.
