going downhill

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2005
 
Peeling paint, leaky sink, leaky windows,going downhill,stove doesn't work properly, trash all over. No lights in back of building(or they are broken)very unsafe. Teenagers always swearing loudly, management does nothing. Pipes always clogging. Yards trampled from people putting their dogs on tie outs.
