Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
I have lived at Riveroaks for 3 years. My experience has been really good. The maintenance staff has been very quick to take care of my work orders. The office staff has been helpful and friendly.

I love my apartment, especially the wooded view. My cat enjoys watching the wildlife from the patio door window. There is a herd of deer that graze by my apartment.

I highly recommend this hidden gem.
