Lived here for a year I've lived in riveroaks for a year, and I've enjoyed just about every day.
Parking is amazing, tons of room, you get your own private space.
Maintenance has fixed every problem we've had within 24 hours (nothing major needed though).

quiet country living within the city limits I have lived in Riveroaks for over 8 years. I have never had a problem that they could not handle. My neighbors are nice, the grounds are well kept. And the staff is the best. I like calling it home.

going downhill Peeling paint, leaky sink, leaky windows,going downhill,stove doesn't work properly, trash all over. No lights in back of building(or they are broken)very unsafe. Teenagers always swearing loudly, management does nothing. Pipes always clogging. Yards trampled from people
