Quiet Neighborhood - PROS: Decent apartments for Saline and for the price. Water/Sewer/Garbage Fees Just a heads up folks. This apartment complex is now charging for water/sewer and garbage. They said it wouldn't fluctuate much and it is doing exactly that. A neighbor received a bill for $80.00 last month. Renter beware!!!

Quiet small apartment with primarily senior citizens Beautiful quiet and peaceful place to live. Owners are conscientious and responsive. These units are a good value, but do not have in-unit dishwashers or laundry. One parking spot per person, but we parked our other car on the street.

Lived here for a year I've lived in riveroaks for a year, and I've enjoyed just about every day.
Parking is amazing, tons of room, you get your own private space.
Maintenance has fixed every problem we've had within 24 hours (nothing major needed though).
