Lived here two different times

First off, I want to say that I have lived here on two different occasions. Both times have been very nice.
I have lived in a variety of apartments and this is one of the nicer ones I have lived in.
I always felt very safe, the office staff was always very nice to me, and the maintenance man (Mike) was very friendly and helpful.
I have read some of the past complaints against Mike (calling him a pervert and creepy) and I couldn't disagree more! I am a female that lived in the building and Mike was always friendly to everyone that lived there. He has worked there a long time and he seemed to know almost all the residents by name. If there was ever anything that needed to be fixed, Mike was always there to fix it with a nice attitude and completely resolved the problem. One of the best maintenance men there is!!
The ONLY problem that I encountered at this apartment was the fact that my cell phone did not work inside the building. This is due in part to the super thick walls there (which are an added bonus because you NEVER hear your neighbors).
When I lived there the second time I knew that it would be temporary because they were turning the building into a senior citizens center. Only 3-6 month leases were offered so the rent was a good price.
I would definately recommend this apartment complex but I can no longer do that since it is now a senior citizen's center. But I liked it while I was there!

This place is now a senior citizens center. After more than 6 month of re-doing the building, both outside and inside, it is re-opening under a new name for seniors.
