Im in a Village Park of Rochester Hills apartment now listening to some butthead play something or jump up and down shaking my whole building. I dont care what it is I want it gone. Im done with this place. The staff does nothing to help calm the noise down. Ive heard them say things but nothing ever happens gets quiet for one day. Then back to it. It would be quieter in jail. Ever want to see your neighbor on the back of a milk carton' I hate wood frame apartments I would rather go live in a gd trailer. And your lucky if the laundry facility works at all.

I lived there very briefly about 3 years ago, and the laundry facilities were out of order back then, as well... guess not much has changed around there. I feel for you. The bastards in the leasing office had the nerve to give me expired coupons to a storage facility that was no longer in operation. They don't deserve your money. Get out of there ASAP. Apartments in the area are very competitive right now. Oak Hill Apts. have great leasing deals at the moment (that's where I'm at now) and aren't far from you. You probably won't find any apt. where it's totally quiet, but at Oak Hill if a resident receives 3 complaints, they get evicted. And they stick to that rule. They will do more than the jerks you're dealing with now. Good luck.
