Quiet, Peaceful, and VERY VERY well run - The office staff and maintenence are extremely professional and very quick to any response. Village park living Living here is a breeze. Never any issues with the staff at all! All work order repairs have been taken care in a very timely manor. Well kept grounds and facilities on site. Not to mention $500 referral fee if you have somebody move in.

Great Place to Live The apartments are great, the management staff is very friendly and open about policies and will work with you on any issues you run into. Having laundry hook-ups inside the apartments are a really nice feature, this adds a safety factor that most places don't have

Dont move here Village Park of Rochester Hills - not actually loacted in Rochester hills. There is dog crap everywhere, you will step on it, it is unavoidable. The Noise is ridiculous. If you move here, you will most likely have a redneck neighbor who does not work and has nothing
