As a prospective tenant calling around for information, I contacted Lakeside Park. Their sales agent turned into a disappointment. Despite promises to return my inquiries with more information, he failed to do so.

This does not paint a promising picture of Lakeside Park, because if they cannot properly follow up on a sales call, I have little confidence that they can provide adequate service once you're trapped in a lengthy contract.

The location is great, especially for grocery shopping and running errands. There are nearby elem and middle schools. Unforturnately, management ISN'T professional and the property, although it's well cared for, has lots of empty aparments with boarded windows.
