I thought that this property was nice for its price. But after I had a leak in my bedroom and they would not work with me to repair it...they wanted to first just paint over it and then they wanted to re-drywall my whole bedroom while I was still living there...they were unhelpful at all. I had been given false information on how the progress was coming along. Corporate were mean as well. When I moved out, I paid thru the end of my lease but turned my keys in 5 days early; in turn they told me that I owed them money because I terminated my lease even though I over paid for 6 months. They also had me down in a year contract but I only had signed for 6 months.
Poor costumer service and maintence...and even worse corporate

Just curious... if you complained of a leak and they tried to fix it... of course they were going to need to drywall it. Did you expect them to put you in an whole new apartment based on a small problem that they were WILLING to fix? I'm sure if you would have talked with the manager they would have agreed to maybe putting you in a hotel or something for a day or two to fix while they fixed the problem and I'm sure you could have moved the things out of your bedroom. I'm sure you had ample reason to be upset but again, they aren't BRAND new apartments so they are going to have some problems... and they did want to fix the problem... so what is the complaint?
