Except, I was one of the unfortunate ones to have to endure VERY INCONSIDERATE AND IGNORANT UPSTAIRS NEIGHBORS! They were noisy 24/7; beware of 46375 Evans Dr. Apt.202. I would NOT recommend renting any bottom floor apartment in this complex. These neighbors made life a living hell! And I wanted to move ASAP after my 1st month. My lease is almost up and I am so ready to go!
I did make several complaints to the office, and even resorted to calling the police; however, it just made the neighbors more ignorant!!
I do commend the office staff they were always professional and sympathetic and tried to work with me, even offering to move me to another apartment; however, another move just wasn t feasible for me at the time. The apartments are very nice and if you have children you will fit right in, because there are many, many children who live here.
