My husband and I lived here for about a year and a half and it was the worst experience of our lives. We lived on the bottom level and our apartment flooded regularly. A lot of our furnature got ruined. When we complained, nothing was done. Eventually the entire lower level flooded with raw sewage water. There was toilet paper floating in about 3 inches of sewer water. The Utility room walls which backed up to our apt. were covered with black mold. They were forced to move us to another apt. after the sewer water incident but had the nerve to try to charge us more because we had a 1 bedroom and all they had available were 2 bedrooms. They lost that battle but we had to pay for all of our own moving expences. To their credit they did have two morons help us move but they broke a ton of our things being careless and we were never compinsated for that either. When we got to the new apt. It was a crap hole. All of the windows were drafty and the carpets were stained (they also tried to charge us for that.) The entire time we lived there my infant son was sick and meraculously when we left that hell hole he had no more problems. I very strongly recommend that no one move in there. They are way over priced for the way they are managed. The apts. themselves are crappy and they do nothing to maintain them. You would think that you are in the ghetto of Flint or Detroit. These people give true meaning to the phrase "SLUM LORDS"
