I have lived in several different apartments and this one is the worst by far. The management sucks! Maintenance is awful, and not too bright! I have had at least 3 occassions where my furnace broke. All serious, one time could have killed us from Carbon Monoxide Poisioning. Another time the damn thing almost caught fire, still not fixed either. Thier fix was to turn the gas off. Paying way to much for what you get here. The walls are paper thin, the carpet is crap and probobly hasn't been replaced in years. The paint is matte, so good luck trying to clean your walls. If you love to hear dogs all the time, and see thier poop all over the front yard, then this may be the place for you. Also, make sure you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle in the winter, they don't plow unless it snows during bank hours. They hardly ever shovel the sidewalks, and if they do, not all the way!
