I have been here many years and overall have had a pos. experience. The good points are: nice, safe neighborhood, non-rowdy residents, lots of trees and grassy areas in the complex, apts have decent square footage for the price. Cons: Buildings are showing age and could use some updating outside. Staff responds quickly to maint. items but might not always fix it right the first time and might need a call back.
