You will love living here... The managers rule over this place with an iron fist!

1. The pool area while nice is now guarded. used to be open until 10pm but now closes at 8pm when there's plenty of sunlight left in the day!
2. Maintenance requests/Any other concerns you may have go un answered for days sometimes weeks and expect a fight complete with yelling even over the littlest of things from the managers if you should have any other problems!
3. When you first move in you'll be told about all the great speicials to renew and the low rent increases to renew and it is NOT TRUE expect a huge increase if you decide to stay after your first lease!
4. Only one washer & dryer per building for 12 apartments. They very rarely are in working condition and when they are they are always tied up by other tenants who disregard the rules of not leaving clothes in for long periods of time after they are done!

Over all a very rude & crude place to live so renter beware and rent at your own risk!!!

I completely agree about the rent increases. Mine has gone up $200 in under 2 years - partly because I (silly me) did a 6 month renewal. Ouch. It went from $450 (they said it'd go up $10 or $15) to $520 to $580 to what I expect will be $650 this summer. Screw these people.
