I just now read the two previous reviews and would like to comment on it. I live at Brookdale for a couple years now and I have met Charlotte, the new manager. I am very surprised about you calling her the -----!! Have you actually spoken to her about the things that makes you SO mad' Maybe promises about your rent increase were made by previous staff that's out of place. I don't know if she is actually in control of rent raises herself. I have a dog and this is the only complex that I know of that supply bags for you to pick up after your dog. I also saw that they have a person that goes around every morning to pick up the grounds, I've seen him behind buildings picking up dog do-do. This place is nice and clean and well looked after. As for the grills - now realy - I don't know of a place where you can have a grill on a balcony and it is for your own safety!! I don't know why you think kids are not allowed to use floating devices - have you been to the pool' I am so thankful that she has girls to inforce some of the rules so that we ALL can enjoy it. Maintenace, in my opinion, is doing a great job. They always stop by the same day that I call the office with something that needs to be fixed. Why haven't you ask them to fix your outlets' I have seen a great improvement since Charlotte have taken over - she is ALWAYS available - I suggest you make an appointment and go and introduce yourself to her and give her a chance to change your mind.

This was probably posted by Charlotte. I'm so glad she's gone. At least Christina can spell, though I'm not sure if I like her all that much better.
