I lived in these apartments for a year in 200-2001. We lived in a garden level so we were constantly hearing the door to outside slam. The police arrived a couple of times for domestic diturbances in our building. The parking lot was poorly lit. Our heat was constanly breaking in the winter & it took maintenance coming out about 6 times before they fixed it properly. the office staff was not the best either. These apartments aren't horrible, but for what you get I think they should be a lot cheaper.
