I like the lay out of the apartments. I thought the rent was good compaired to other 3 bedrooms apt. My neigbors were nice ppl. I didn't care for the noise from the garage or train. The apartments were not well maintained. I could not use the dishwasher. It would back up into my floor or sink. The roof was replace but it caused water damage to the ceiling. They put in a washer and dryer but raise my rent. lol, the door to where it was stored was taken off and not put back beacuse it didn't fix properly. Anytime I had a problem with something they would that they would be out but took a long time and many calls. Bills was nice guy, Denis not so nice. I drove by there the other day and pieces of the siding was falling off two building, And my neighbor was complaining of dog feces everywhere.

I'm still here and it looks like I'm the only one who likes this place. :-) They also added a washer and dryer hookup, but my rent went up about $10. The process took some time, but it got done and I was pleased. As far as the siding, there was a windstorm that blew it off. They seemed to have someone come out as soon as the weather broke, about a week. Ugh, and the dogs. I can't blame the management for the dogs, that's the individual owners. You are expected to clean up after your dog, but everyone doesn't. All in all, it's still a good place to live. My neighbors are nice, lots of kids. I'm moving only because we're having another child and the special education system in South Lyon leaves something to be desired. If those aren't concerns for you, then check these places out. They are certainly worth a look.
