The place is crumbling in negligence!
No updates have been made since the buildings were built.
Very thin walls, creaking floors.
I can hear my neighbors pee, talking on the phone.
Tend to be 3 types that live here. Seniors on a budget, partiers, and welfare families.
Recently a low income housing project in this area closed and all of them moved here.
Kids run wild, playing in front of your windows screaming and bouncing balls or playing street hockey next to parked cars.
The laundry facilities are deplorable! Rarely cleaned, ceiling tiles falling, floods from cracks in the foundation, mold growing on the walls.
Office manager is rude! Never on time to office.
Oh yeah, if you move here buy a shovel or a 4 wheel drive vehicle.
