Lived here for a year now. Said I wanted to go month to month and after quoting me a good rate they turn around and jacked all of the prices up. They are no longer the cheapest in town. Large apartments, but the closeness to the railroad tracks can be very annoying. The laundry rooms are awful, a dark, gloomy, wet basement full of bugs. Found several fried bugs in my laundry because the dryers are always open. The office manager can be nice, if you catch her in a good mood. She was nice when I moved in, but after the lease is signed watch out! Took me three months of requests to get a broken screen put on my window so I could open my windows. My apartment was updated and quiet and worth the money, but then again I'm leaving because of the way the rent screw overs went. If you live here good luck, hope you like the trains!!

I recently visited another property with the same owners in Milan Michigan. totally unacceptable living conditions unless you love dogs and don't mind stepping in the messes they leave all over the grounds. |
