When we first moved in it was not too bad, however you live right next to the train tracks..very loud/not very safe for children. Their are a lot of people who are not considerate of anything! The cops frequent this place, people do not pick up after their dogs & the management doesn't do anything about it! The maintenance people were always very nice! Our apartment was nice but the neighers were less then desireable --argueing/frequent fights..cops even visited our neighbors down stairs!!...believe me...cops do not want to be here if they DIDN"T have to be!!! I would not recommend this place unless you this is your last resort! People race through the complex w/their cars, park in your spot -- many of them have extensive parties & their friends are taking up all the parking spots...They rent to ANYONE...so one would question the background of some of these people!! I moved to a much safer/quality apartment complex
