4 out 9 buildings have a cockroach problem, tons of break ins into peoples cars and they charge for sewage' Not to be confused with the sewage that comes up into your tub once a month. All the confused managment wants is your money. I do not know how this place has not been condemned. Did I forget to mention the staff is either on drugs or drunk, oh and they steal from you when you are not home. All in all the worst apartment slum-plex ever. They should doze the place and uas it as a garbage dump!
