I LOVE the new management - This is the best place to live! I have been here two years. I do not rent an apartment but I rent a privately owned condo. It is the best of both worlds. I still get all of the help from the office manager but my condo is updated and fantastic! Good place to live, especially for the price I lived at Brookdale for 2 years and never had any major problems with them. Went through multiple management changes and this last group seems the best. They were always responded to repair requests promptly. My only gripe is they keep jacking up
