No Way! I had to move out early because of a job loss and ended up owing 3 months rent plus $1,200 penalty fee. They are not sympathetic if you have a job loss. You are just another number. The condos are poorly constructed. Toilet was 2 inches from cabinet in the bathroom. Looks bad.
