Moved into a 1 bedroom in Bldg 1- so convenient, next to the clubhouse and balcony facing the woods, nice and private. But never did they tell me that me building was housing raccoons and it didn't matter which floor you were on they are in all the crawlspaces. They knew this before I moved in, they told me about problems with spiders and the roly poly bugs but not the raccoons. I can hear them walking above me, tearing at the heat ducts and you can even hear them snorting. It is hard to get a good nights sleep, wondering when and if they will decide to break thru the ceiling. If it wasn't for them animals I could see my self actually purchasing here. But they just don't seem interested in getting rid of them
