I dony?t recommend this apartment. I lived here for two years and the longer I lived here, the more my discontent grew. The residents of Charter House do not respect the property. The management does a poor job of maintaining the facility and the landscaping. The worst part about Charter House is that the main garbage dump for the building shares a door with the lobby elevator. Coming home and riding an elevator that stinks of garbage is not pleasant. Like I said, dony?t move here.
Redeeming qualities: Maintenance requests are handled quickly, rooms and balcony are spacious, central air and heating, washer and dryer on every floor. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
