I live in these apartments for one year. It was the worst experience. The management staff doesn't treat the tenants with respect. And the tenants they rent to do care about where they live. It smells like garbage all the time. The halls are not clean and I don't completly blame management the tenant don't care. Maintenance is terrible. I had roaches in my apartments. They wouldn't pay to have the exterminators out. I had to pay out of my pocket.

I moved here in February '07 and am COUNTING THE DAYS until I am free from this place. The staff with the exception of Linda is horrible and rude, they have gone into my apartment TWICE already without my permission and to top it off I came home last night to a large industrial fan in my hallway because the tenant above me had a pipe burst and it leaked into both my bathrooms, my daughters room, and my room. And to top it off the office had the nerve to talk to me ------ saying that they were sending someone to clean the carpet (not replace it) and I quote "you gotta get your stuff up" ! I could've sworn I paid the rent for that apt on time every month and yes my apartment from time to time can get out of hand (with me working for a fortune 500 company full time, going to school to pursue my degree full time, and raise my daughter and take her to all her extracuricular activities) ! There are kids running in the hallway and loitering in the lobby ALL the time, the pool is ALWAYS filthy, the water is cut off for whatever reason ALL THE TIME IT SEEMS LIKE, I have counted 7 times since February and for like 8 hours at a time, they just don't care. It is like a low rent hotel...I warn ANYONE entertaining the idea of moving here do NOT do it ! Live in a damn shelter first !
