Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2009
I just renewed my lease for my 5th year and can you believe it''' They still didn't raise my rent. I got my carpet cleaned and my halls to my building freshly painted. The new maintence man really does the work that I ever request. I just want to thank the management team at Charter House for making this a place I can be proud to call home and bring my frinds here to visit. And thans to the maintenance man for fixing the SAUNA!!!! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
