Aside from some small incidents. I enjoyed my stay here. The staff in the office was very friendly; they were very good with understanding life-changing status. The maintenence team was wonderful and pleasant. They worked very hard to get the job done. I am a young single woman with a son, and my neighbors were the most wonderful people in the world. They took me in as if I was family as soon as I got there. I felt safe here and never had to complain about anything. The grounds were kept up very nice. For the buck, it was worth it. I lived there for a year and if it were not for certain things, I would still be there. I am proud to be the first person to post a review for them. I am a very meticulous person and believe that I should get what I pay for. The space was huge and the kitchen was wonderful. Overall, I felt like this was home and would have never thought about buying a house if I did not move out. So thank you to the L and you know who you are for all of your help. There is no turn around rate here, residents stay for years. Dont just take my word for it, go see for yourself.

ARE WE TALKING ABOUT THE SAME APTS. THE COMPLEX IS KEPT UP WELL BUT THE SERVICE IS LOUSY I LIVED HERE FOR 2 YEARS AND MY GARBAGE DISPOSAL STILL DOESN'T WORK. I AM LOOKING TO MOVE OUT NOW. I ALWAYS PAID RENT ON TIME AND ONE TIME RAN INTO A SITUATION AND WAS HARRASSED ABOUT PAYMENT. I RECEIVED AN EVICTION REQUEST AFTER BEING LATE 6 DAYS ON MY RENT WHEN I ALWAYS PAID ON TIME. THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE RARELY ANSWER THE PHONE FOR PROBLEMS AND THE PROPERTY MANAGER NEVER RETURNS CALLS. MY EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THESE APTS TO ANYONE.
