I signed a lease on 6/1/2004 and when I was shown my apartment it was not the one I was supposed to move into. I payed my security deposit and first month's rent but was unable to move in for 13 days because they were still "cleaning" my apartment. I gave the manager a list of 17 problems upon moving in and to date 3 have been addressed. I have no heat in the master bedroom, paint all over the doors, mirrors, windows, cabinets, and carpet and a huge bleach stain in the carpet that was not there when I first viewed the apartment. I was givin a non payment of rent notice because their managment staff was stealing and instead of them correcting the problem the served the entire building with notices. I hope the owner goes bankrupt and the building burns to the ground with the only person being the only peson hurt...in the pocket!!!!!!!! SCREW THEM!!!!!!EAGLES LANDING SUCKS!!!!!!!!
