Eagles Landing of Southfield claims to pay for utilities, but the truth is that they don't pay for any utilities. There are no walk-in closets, no underground parking, the sauna is broken, the pool has trees coming out from it and the elevator has no buttons on it for you to determine what floor you are going on. The management team specializes is lying. This is one of the worst places that you can live.
