Location location location that's the best thing about this apartment. Mostly familles live there with small children or teenagers so if you don't have children I wouldn't recommend it. But if you insist don't move on the first floor. Lots of open space for children to play. Large storage area in basement for each unit. May work with your credit (if your credit is not so great). Great specials for referrals couple hundred for of your rent if you can get some people to move in. But beware if you don't like house bugs this is not the place for you. But if you insist on moving there get it in writing that the building that your moving into has NOT had an ongoing problem with any kind of house bug BEFORE you sign your lease. Because not all the buildings have these house bugs.
