These apartments are nothing but the $$$EXPENSIVE$$$ version of the projects. The staff hangout drinking beer in front of the leasing office after the office closes daily even in the rain! During the summer months the police are inside the complex so much do to the rowdy uncontrolled teenagers and there rowdy parents we almost need our own police station onsite.Beware if you have small children there is no where to take them outside in the complex even though there is a playground it's usually over-run with foul mouthed teens smoking marajuana. And besides that they might get run over with the constant speeders who drag race in and out of the complex! So in a nut shell if you can afford to pay the expensive rent and your credit is a little shaky and you need a roof over your head until you can do better this is the place. Otherwise you for sure don't want to move into this community!
